Spinach Penne Salad

To kick off my year of focusing on cooking, I made an easy penne and spinach salad. It has a unique flavor – and a bit of a bite! This recipe comes from a Cooking from A to Zest video. Psalm 121:1-2 I will lift up my eyes to the hills. From whence shall my help come? My help comes from the Lord, Who made Heaven and earth. I believe the Lord is so eager to help us, but He wants us to know that our help comes from Him — because that will draw us close to Him. (Always wooing, always wooing us to Him.)
